I got Kshama for my service and she was very knowledgeable and patience with my questions and also during the laser she kept asking if I was doing good. I highly recommend her if you are new and first timer.

The technician was very good at what she does, very professional from start to finish. explained to me what the process involves, what to expect after the first treatment so on and so forth. I had a recent appointment with the Medspa and the service was excellent. The aesthetician Kshama is very knowledgeable. She did an excellent work and also suggested me with skin care products that would suit my skin and some tips to maintain a healthy and hydrated skin. I would highly recommend this place.

I had an RF Microneedling treatment at Windermere Med Spa with Dr. Priya Bayyapureddy, and the experience was outstanding. The facility itself is brand new, attached to the medical clinic, and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. What impressed me most was the level of expertise displayed by the staff. The women here are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and pay close attention to every detail. Your comfort is their priority and it's important to them that you are informed of what they are doing and why. They answered questions that I didn't even think to ask and made suggestions based on my skin type/ condition. The results have truly exceeded my expectations. I gladly drive two hours one way because the level of care and results are absolutely worth it.
