Membership Details & Policies

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. All memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment, billed monthly. Terms and benefits are subject to change at management’s discretion.
Unused included benefits roll over for up to 6 months, after which rollover benefits expire. One included service applies per billing month.
Membership benefits are non-transferable unless approved by management in advance.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, specials, or package pricing. Botox and filler discounts apply to standard treatment pricing only.
Memberships expire if not renewed. Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
